Essential Package* ($450.00 + Tax)

What’s Included: 


  • Party Duration: 2.5 hours
  • Suggested use: 20 min prep, 90 min play, 40 min party.
  • Up to 15 children included in the package. $15 each additional child thereafter with a maximum of 20 children. Maximum 55 children and adults combined. 
  • Happy Birthday Banner
  • Decorated Display Table 
  • Color table cloth for children and adult tables (choice of blue, pink or gray), basic paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, etc. 
  • 3 Cheese Pizza pies
  • Juice Boxes for children – 1 per child
  • Water
  • Host may bring cake, food, additional decorations or entertainment to supplement package options – must be approved by venue management

Extravagant Package* ($950 + Tax)

  • Up to 20 children included in the package. $18 each additional child thereafter with a maximum of 20 children. Maximum 55 children and adults combined. 
  • This package offers the combined Essential & Popular Package options plus the following additions:
  • Decorated Display Table with Themed Backdrop, Themed Balloon Clusters and Special Message Letter Board. 
  • Themed party decorations and paper goods (we will outdo the basic party decor based on your theme selection. i.e. table cloths, paper plates, cups, napkins, etc.)
  • One dozen Themed Helium Balloons
  • Unlimited Juice Boxes for children
  • Fresh squeezed lemonade – 2 pitchers (68 oz each)
  • Unlimited Drip Coffee
  • Birthday Cake – choices based on preferences and availability. 
  • Cup Cakes – chocolate or vanilla base with buttercream frosting available in a selection of colors. Quantity based on number of child guests.

Menu Add-On

  • Additional Cheese Pizza Pies – $18 each
  • Assorted Sandwich Platter (Combination of Meat, Vegetarian and Vegan options) – $80 (30 half pieces)
  • City of Saints Drip Coffee – 1.5 Gal Batch – approximately 24 servings of 8 oz cups – $30 ($5 off when purchasing in combination with a batch of Iced Coffee).
  • City of Saints Iced Coffee – 1.5 Gal Batch – approximately 16 servings of 16 oz cups – $40 ($5 off when purchasing in combination with a batch of Drip Coffee).
  • Van Leeuwen French Artisanal Ice Cream (Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry) – $40 (15 servings of kids size cups). (Seasonal)
  • 15% discount on coffee bar purchases when party host opens tab for guests

  • Banner Frame Rental – $20 (Host Provides Banner) – Banner Requirements: Height 95 inches or less / Width 80 inches or more.

Entertainment Add-On

  • Basic Face Painting – $125 – Includes face painting and glitter tattoos.
  • Deluxe Face Painting – $185 – Includes face painting, glitter tattoos, party games, punch prize box.

                           -  Add Arts & Crafts – $3 per child.

                           -  Picture Frame Party Favor – $3 per child.

  • Music Sing Along – $95 – Enjoy 30 minutes of sing along songs with instructor Julissa.

Extend Party Duration*

  • Event Extension – $60 per half hour.

                         *Event extensions are available for the afternoon events only. 

Booking Policies

*20% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking.

*Venue will be closed to the general public during your event period.

*Private Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30AM and 2:00PM.

*Lidia’s Play Café will begin party setup 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Cleanup begins 15 minutes prior to the end of the party. 15 minute load-out time allotted after the party ends.

*Proof of insurance is required by outside entertainers/vendors.

*Outside food subject to a $50 facility fee – Popular & Extravagant Packages excluded.
